As Swan Valley locals, we have always been surrounded by the lush greenery of wineries and private vineyards. (Avid) lovers of wine ourselves, this swiftly evolved into lovers of brandy, combining the art of distilling with the passion for wine.

We decided to utilise and support our fellow small local businesses, sourcing Swan Valley grapes and creating our own Australian Brandy. Aged in french oak barrels, we have continued to finish the spirit in locally sourced barrels, celebrating even the smallest Swan Valley wineries.

Our Brandy is still aging, and we will be looking to announce the release as soon as we believe it is ready. For now, it remains a promise of what is to come, but we cannot wait to share it with you all.
