COPPER CLOVER

Ingredients:

45 ml Signature Dry Gin

15 ml Quality Dry Vermouth

15 ml Raspberry (framboise) sugar syrup

10 ml

Lime juice (freshly squeezed)

10 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

15 ml egg whites

Raspberries (garnish)

Method:

Pre-chill a coupe glass in the freezer.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all wet ingredients. Shake well until combined and chilled.

Remove ice and continue to shake. Strain into the chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with raspberries
