Ingredients:

90ml Signature Dry Gin

20ml Quality Dry Vermouth

Ice

Fresh Lemon zest ribbon

Method:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add vermouth and Signature Dry Gin and shake well.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with lemon zest ribbon.
