myrtle gimlet

Ingredients:

50ml Lemon Myrtle Gin

50ml Lime juice (fresh)

Dash of sugar syrup

Ice

Lime wedge, to garnish

Method:

Put a martini or coupe glass in the fridge to chill. Pour the lime juice and syrup into a jug or tall glass and add a few ice cubes. Add Lemon Myrtle Gin and stir until the outside of the container feels very cold.

Strain the mixture into your chilled glass and garnish with a slice of lime.
