copper negroni
Ingredients:
25ml Barrel Aged Gin
25ml Sweet Vermouth
25ml Campari 15ml
Blood orange juice (1 wedge worth)
Ice
Slice of blood orange, to garnish
Method:
Pour Barrel Aged Gin, Vermouth and Campari into a mixing glass or jug with ice. Squeeze the juice of 1 blood orange wedge and stir well until the outside of the glass feels cold.
Strain into a tumbler, add ice, and garnish with a blood orange slice.
