Rosé spritz
Ingredients:
50 ml Signature Dry Gin
25 ml rosé of your choice (sparkling is optional)
100 ml Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic
Sprig of fresh thyme
Frozen berries of choice (ice alternative)
Method:
Add Signature Dry Gin and your rosé of choice to a champagne glass. For this recipe, a dry or sweet rosé can be used based on your preference.
Add the frozen berries to avoid ice watering down the drink, and top with chilled tonic water. Gently stir to combine and then garnish with a sprig of thyme.
