Ingredients:

45ml Signature Dry Gin

120ml Grapefruit Juice

Salt

Ice

Soda (optional)

Grapefruit slice and sprig of thyme (garnish)

Method:

Pour salt onto a plate. Rub a grapefruit slice around the rim of a glass and dip the glass into the salt. Keep the grapefruit for a later garnish.

Add the Signature Dry Gin to a glass and top with the grapefruit juice (soda water can be added for sparkling effect or to dilute into a tall drink). Stir gently and garnish with the grapefruit slice and thyme.
