Ingredients:

80ml shots Lemon Myrtle Gin

40ml sugar syrup

20ml lemon juice

Soda

Ice

Lemon wedge to garnish

Method:

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add gin, lemon juice & syrup, then stir. Top with soda. Squeeze lemon wedge and add as garnish.
