Limited in number, this special release is the first of our whisky releases. A Scotch-style, single malt whisky that celebrates the complexity of West Australian-grown barley, coupled with carefully selected casks that produce a rich, oily mouthfeel that allows the flavour to linger. The beautiful deep-amber colour indicates the richness in each glass, primarily attributable to Ex-Bourbon and Pedro Ximenez casks. All mash is done onsite, not sourced from mass producers or other distillers, and each batch has been distilled by our Master Distillers.
Tasting Notes:
Prominent butter and biscuit notes reminiscent of shortbread, with a subtle tobacco finish
Rich yet delicate dark stone fruits and Australian muscat
Thick mouth feel reminiscent of honey liqueur
