tHE SWAN VALLEY’S FIRST WHISKY PRODUCER

Though gin and vodka are a love of ours, whisky is where it all began.

We have been patiently waiting for years for our First Release - and many more - to come to age, slowly building thousands of litres of a range of whiskies. From our prized First Release (due November 2025) to a more accessible Blend of Coppertop-only whiskies, we utilise a wide range of casks to impart unique flavours across each release. With a blissful combination of French and Amercian oak barrels once holding either Pedro Ximenez, local or foreign fortified wines, or bourbon - we have strived for flavours fit for all.

First Release

Australian Single Malt

Limited in number, this special release is the first of our whisky releases. A Scotch-style, single malt whisky that celebrates the complexity of West Australian-grown barley, coupled with carefully selected casks that produce a rich, oily mouthfeel that allows the flavour to linger. The beautiful deep-amber colour indicates the richness in each glass, primarily attributable to Pedro Ximenez casks.

Tasting Notes: 

  • Prominent butter and biscuit notes reminiscent of shortbread, with a subtle tobacco finish

  • Rich yet delicate dark stone fruits and Australian muscat

  • Thick, oily mouth feel

Casks used:

  • Aged in French Oak - Pedro Ximenez

  • Finished in French Oak - Australian Muscat
